Follow those steps:


1. Go to Android Setting...

2. Developer option > uncheck or hide tick mark on "USB debugging" > Exit all

3. Again go to Android setting > Turn on your mobile data.

4. after that go to " Tethering & portable hotspot" setting

5. Plug the USB cable into computer from your android device.

6. Then check or tick mark on "USB tethering"

7. Now wait few second..

8. Done
